About Us

Rowing on the Broad River Since 1998

The Columbia Rowing Club is a 501(c)(3) organization founded on the Broad River in the midlands of South Carolina. We advance the sport of rowing by meeting the needs of introductory, recreational, and competitive rowers.

Our location on the Broad River offers protected water with high tree lines and river banks, providing two 2,000-meter rowing straightaways with typically extremely calm conditions—ideal for detailed coaching instruction.
